  Achieves assigned quarterly targets set by the Managemen
• tCultivates the existing and potential foreign mass patrons and converts them into premium patrons with greater Theo/Win contributions and a more frequent visitation patter
• nProcesses customer transactions in HALO (House Advantage Loyalty System), including but not limited to membership sign-ups, redemptions, and complimentary issuances to High-Value Patrons (HVPs
• )Assists in the issuance of complimentary items (gifts, transportation, food and beverage, and/or rooms) while adhering to the room and complimentary approved and allowable transaction amount matri
• xRecognizes leading foreign players and develops an in-depth understanding of their preferences and gaming habit
• sStrengthens and nurtures connections with HVPs through consistent communication and personalized interaction
