Responsibilities

• Prepares menu items in strict accordance with set recipes
• Adheres to all Hyatt Hotels hygiene standards and local hygiene laws
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator.
• Stores foods in designated areas.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage
• Coordinates with Sales Department and follow up the Food request and meeting room setup in BEO. Makes sure to provide satisfied service to meeting planners and meeting guests.
• Coordinates with suppliers or contractors to ensures the daily maintenance and monthly deep cleanness of all kitchen equipments
