Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the school hostel, including student check-in/check-out, attendance tracking, and room allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and security protocols within the hostel premises.
- Monitor student behavior, address disciplinary issues promptly, and promote a respectful, inclusive, and positive living environment.
- Conduct regular room inspections and maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards across all hostel areas.
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support students’ academic progress and emotional well-being.
- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities, study hours, and recreational programs within the hostel.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with school administration and local authorities when necessary.
