Hotel and Campground Maintenance -starting at $16.00

Overview:
Ensure guest satisfaction through a properly maintained hotel and campground. Respond promptly and efficiently to guest complaints and concerns. Ensure compliance with all fire and safety rules, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Maintain, repair and troubleshoot all manageable mechanical, operational and equipment needs. Oversee all Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, and Mechanical for Hotel and Campground.

+ General up keep of areas around hotel including pool deck, parking lot, etc.
+ Possess a good mechanical knowledge of how to safely operate and maintain all tools.
+ Respond to and complete all work orders in a timely manner, closing out as completed.
+ Maintain and fully understand VING Card System.
+ Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule and proper inventory levels.
