Opportunity Description
THE ROLE
- Assist guests with tours, activities, restaurant reservations, transfers, and travel arrangements.
- Create personalised itineraries and recommendations.
- Coordinate airport transfers, car hire, and local transport.
- Handle travel desk bookings, amendments, and guest enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional service to VIP and leisure travellers alike.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 2 years' hotel concierge or travel desk experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent knowledge of Cape Town attractions, restaurants, wine routes, and local experiences.
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Experience with Opera, Protel, or similar hotel systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
