Our client, a well-established luxury hospitality operation, is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Front Office administrator to support their Reception and Guest Services teams. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional knowledge of OPERA PMS, MS OFFICE and strong experience within both hotel reception and reservations who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys creating polished guest experiences through efficient coordination and communication.
The successful candidate will play an important role in guest communication, pre-arrival planning, reservations support and front office administration while working closely with multiple hotel departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
