Surya Hotels are recruiting for a Hotel General Manager to lead the newly refurbished Thatchers Hotel in Leatherhead, Surrey as she embarks on her journey to join IHG's collection of Voco hotels.

Leading our team through this exciting time, as we join the Voco family, embed values and procedures whilst always ensuring guests receive a warm and sincere welcome, have a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we also deliver on our values: “Ownership with personality”.

You will be adept at demonstrating a hospitality first ethos, delivering fantastic food, events and fabulously relaxing and inviting stays. You lead from the front.
