Hotel Manager (Hybrid)

Our client, a property management company based in Milwaukee is seeking a Hotel Manager for a unique boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. This hotel boasts 17 custom rooms and bills itself as an “Invisible Service” hotel . Guests utilize technology to book, check-in, and checkout – there is no front desk. This Hotel Manager is responsible for the entirety of services provided and will seek to upgrade guest experience and develop new and innovative services and processes for the hotel. Owners see opportunity for heightened marketing, new 3rd party services/vendors, and new and updated amenities. This individual will utilize the already established processes and services to build and grow occupancy.
