The Role

A smart, friendly, well‑organised, guest‑service focused individual will assist the professional Hotel Reception team during busy periods. You must greet guests with a five‑star smile and a warm, welcoming personality. You will be key to our guest service experience throughout their stay, from arrival to checkout and beyond.
