Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and provide top-notch service on a part-time basis.

What does the role entail?

• Greeting and welcoming guests on their arrival into the hotel.
• Checking in and out guests and ensuring that all information required is recorded.
• Advising guests of the hotel facilities, including opening hours, service times and of local amenities.
• Issuing guests bills, ensuring that they are correct and that payment is processed as per hotel policy.
• Building on the great relationship with the other departments.
