Hotline Advocate – Part Time Part Time/Non-Exempt:

• 27-hours a week Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9:30 pm to 6:30 am $21.37/hr.


• Description The Bridge is in search of a Part Time Hotline Advocate who will provide crisis intervention and information and referral services through 24-hour hotline for survivors of domestic/sexual violence, and homelessness.
• The Hotline Advocate will answer 24-hour hotline and 24-hour Live Chat & text line to provide assessments to include crisis intervention, information and referrals and immediate needs.
• Manager the ssist with overseeing the HCDV shelter bed database.
• Collect and enter monthly data on services provided through 24-hour hotline into database.
• Ensure TBOTW account is updated and accurate bed availability is noted, daily.
• Complete reports in compliance with grant requirements and agency requirements.
