Devise strategies to ensure that all KPIs related to servicing the premium customers are complied with.

Functions

• Coordinate with the Business Units on the support needed from Operations
• Develop strategies to ensure compliance with the Key Performance Indicators
• Calibrate with Training, Quality Assurance for operational efficiency
• Serve ad hoc requirement for the Business Units
• Raise red flags for immediate resolution and intervention
• Conduct regular business review
• Facilitate review of contracts, payments, and other related activities for the FWA Business
