+ Friday - 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
+ Saturday - 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
+ Sunday - OFF

**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Obtain and return cash bank to Cage.
+ Balancing reports on shift.
+ Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed.
+ Display buffet menu on board and seating signs.
+ Greeting and seat guests.
