Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock toiletries.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture.
- Dispose of trash and ensure proper waste management.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Follow cleaning schedules and hotel or facility standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored.
- Provide excellent customer service if interacting with guests.
Qualifications
- No formal education required (high school diploma is a plus).
- Previous housekeeping experience (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of cleaning products and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
