Job Title
Housekeeper Distribution | Day shift
Position Overview
Empty trash cans at front of buildings and inside plant entrance .
Check and maintain bottled water at water stations. (Make Gatorade fill Popsicles)
Check and empty recycle centers at break room.
Check and remove trash and recycle from around dock doors.
Dispose of broken wood/broken pallets/unwanted plywood from the yard to a recycle bin or dumpster
Report unsafe storage areas to a supervisor (leaning pallets, damaged wall… etc. )
To avoid slips and trips - oil spills or leaks from lift trucks should be cleaned immediately
Place sharp objects in a proper safe container (blades/ nails.. etc. )
Check dumpster and empty when needed.
Check trash compactor levels advise Supervisor when needing empty.
Run sweeper in plant.
