Summary 2 Page Resume Limit DOES APPLY for this position The Housekeeping Aid Work Leader works within Environmental Management Service (EMS) at the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC), Dayton, Ohio. The purpose of this position is to lead a wide variety of duties of the Sanitation Section of Environmental Management Service (EMS), leading WG-1, WG-2 Housekeeping Aids, and various Compensated Work Therapy Patients. Responsibilities Duties include: Disassembles medical equipment as necessary for disinfection, including such complex items as Spirometers, Humidifiers, suction pumps, IV monitors, electronic thermometers, feeding pumps, and oxygen equipment, these duties require skilled, careful handling of parts and the complete elimination of dust particles, lint or other visible contaminants.
