Housekeeping Attendant – Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur
Housekeeping Attendants are essential members of the Rooms Division team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to guests. They service rooms, ensuring that every guest room and public area remains impeccable at all times.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all guest rooms and private residences, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning all surfaces, ensuring streak and mark‑free finish.
- Monitor guestroom equipment and ensure all items are in working order.
- Complete the assigned number of rooms to clean during a shift.
- Participate in detail cleaning of guestrooms as required by the hotel’s Perfect Room Program (PRP).
- Remove and replace dirty towels and sheets with clean linens from the storage closets.
- Sanitize all areas of the guestroom (bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen areas) according to procedure.
