Room Attendant , we rely on you to: Clean and maintain guest rooms according to Shangri-La room standards to ensure a welcoming environment Replenish room supplies promptly to meet guest needs Coordinate with valets to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the guestrooms and uphold resort standards Identify and report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department for timely resolution Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest service and uphold resort reputation
