• Directly supervise and coordinate the work activities of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to specification and on schedule
• Oversee in-house services such as laundry, maintenance, dry cleaning, and valet support as needed
• Inspect work performed and facilities to guarantee adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols
• Select and recommend appropriate cleaning materials for various surfaces and textiles
• Advise managers and administrative staff regarding room readiness and occupancy status
• Provide ongoing training, guidance, and motivation to team members
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create schedules, track performance metrics, and deliver team briefings or reports
