Supervise and prepare the housekeeping of all resort public areas to 5*-Forbes standardsSupervise and prepare housekeeping of resort bedrooms to a 5-star-Forbes standardSupervise and assist with washing and ironing of guest laundry – Forbes standardCommunicate with guests during their stay so their expectations are exceeded.Supervise and Assist with Turndown service to a +1 Forbes-standardQuality check arrival bedrooms to ensure ready for arrival and exceed expectations.Report any faults, breakages, or sub-standard quality in rooms to head housekeeper.Supervise and assist with guest housekeeping requestsTeam
