Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
Lead daily operations within assigned area (Front Office, Guest Relations, Butler, Lounge, Concierge, Housekeeping, Floral, Laundry).
Conduct pre‑shift briefings, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain service excellence.
Ensure guest satisfaction by handling escalated issues promptly, personalizing service for VIPs, and maintaining confidentiality.
Monitor compliance with standards, including LQA, HACCP, health & safety, grooming, and brand protocols.
Train and coach team members, delivering on‑the‑job guidance and supporting skill development for service excellence.
Manage resources effectively, overseeing inventory, requisitions, and equipment care to minimize wastage and maintain readiness.
