Sanitation and janitorial services for a K-12 educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning Tasks

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, windowsills, and fixtures.
• Empty and sanitize waste bins and replace liners.

Restroom Maintenance

• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and restroom fixtures.
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Ensure restrooms are hygienic and odor‑free.

Surface Disinfection

• Sanitize high‑touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails) regularly to prevent germs.

Specialized Cleaning

• Perform deep‑cleaning tasks as scheduled (carpets, windows, floor stripping and waxing).
• Handle spills and accidents promptly and safely.
