Job Summary:



The Houseman is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of the restaurant's dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces. The role supports restaurant operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.



Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain dining areas, restrooms, entrances, and other restaurant facilities

- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, furniture, and fixtures

- Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials properly

- Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed

- Assist in setting up and arranging tables, chairs, and restaurant areas for operations or events

- Clean glass panels, windows, and other visible surfaces

- Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and cleaning requests during operations
