Summary
The Houseman is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, well‑maintained and prepared for check‑in. This includes performing cleaning tasks, replenishing amenities and providing excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience. The Houseman plays a key role in maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness standards and promoting a comfortable environment for all guests.
Responsibilities- Report for duty promptly wearing the correct uniform and nametag consistently.
- Clean and service guest rooms by vacuuming, dusting, polishing and wiping surfaces including furniture, fixtures and windows following the Sequence of Service and Standard Operating Procedures established by management.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor or maintenance team.
