About the Role

Make a real difference as a Housing Management Worker at a service in Lambeth. You’ll lead safe, high‑quality accommodation for young people at risk of homelessness, driving standards across repairs, voids, rent collection, and compliance while working closely with landlords, contractors, and support teams.

We’re looking for someone with housing or supported accommodation experience, strong tenancy management knowledge, confidence with welfare benefits, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.

Key Duties

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients using safeguarding and emergency alert procedures.
• Advise prospective or new tenants of their rights and responsibilities under their tenancy/license agreement.
