Location: Marshall House Shelter (Hartford, CT)
Status: Exempt, Full-time
Hours Per Week: 40 minimally (on-call responsibility for two weeks of every four weeks, weekend hours as needed)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 am–6:00 pm
Scope of Position: Oversee all kitchen operations, including food inventory management, staff coordination and supervision, and compliance with health and safety standards.
