Housing Support Worker (24hrs pw) - Carmarthen

We are recruiting a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in our 24/7 supported housing services in Carmarthen.

You will support young people aged 16–24 with complex needs by providing practical and emotional support (no personal care involved). The aim of the service is to help individuals build confidence, develop independence, and move on to their own accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support young people with day-to-day living and independent skills
• Provide emotional support and build positive, trusting relationships
• Encourage personal development and positive outcomes
• Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and structured environment
• Follow support plans and contribute to residents’ progress
