Opportunity Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Product performance monitoring & analysis:

  • Monitor E2E funnel of each customer journey/ technical flow, capture unexpected/ abnormal behavior from funnel data

  • Analyze and propose actions for funnel improvement/ product performance/ Customer experience

    • Deliver product initiative/ product enhancement:

  • Collect customer issue/ pain point, external/ internal partner’s requirement/needs

  • Clarify with Stakeholder on business requirement to understand business imperatives, expectations, analyze and mitigate risks

  • Transfer detail requirement to technical teams for implementation

  • Contribute to high level technical and solution design with External Partners and Internal Stakeholder (IT Development team, Legal, Risk …)

  • Accountable for stakeholder management to ensure scope and decisions are understood and agreed to and that all their needs are met
