HR & Accounts Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on HR & Accounts Executive to support our daily HR, finance, and office operations. This position is ideal for an organised and detail‑oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast‑paced professional services environment.
What You Will Do- Support HR administration, including recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, attendance, and leave administration.
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other employee documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process monthly payroll, CPF contributions, commissions, incentives, expense claims, and reimbursements.
- Assist with basic finance tasks such as bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, accounts receivable follow‑up, and document filing.
