Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in HR functions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, confirmation, documentation etc).
- Prepare HR letters (employment contracts, confirmations etc.) and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records.
- Maintain records of staff certifications, training courses (e.g., SSIC, hot work), and entry passes; ensure timely renewal and schedules updates.
- Perform data entry for leave, medical leave, and staff claims (overseas and local) if any.
- Handle employee queries on HR matters professionally.
- Assist in work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via WPOL
- Arrange travel-related matters (visas, air tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurance etc)
