Job Description:

1 Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end to end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview, offers, and onboarding

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to company policies

2 Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Manage monthly payroll processing

Prepare and submit statutory records (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDF) and ensure compliance with all statutory acts and guidelines

Prepare annual EA forms and Form E in compliance with statutory requirements

Assist employees with payroll-related queries.

Prepare and compile annual employee performance appraisals for Management review and evaluation
