Opportunity Description

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Administer employee payroll and benefits, and provide accurate payroll data to Finance for processing.
- Assist the full recruitment process including interviews, onboarding, confirmation, and resignation procedures.
- Assist in establishing, reviewing, and implementing company policies and procedures.
- Advise Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling, grievances, terminations, and other employee-related matters in line with the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
- Manage and respond to auditor queries related to HR and Admin.
- Prepare and analyse annual employee appraisals for Top Management review.
