- Own end-to-end hiring across office, warehouse, production, operations, customer support, and ground staff
- Build and maintain a strong hiring pipeline
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, social media, and field hiring
- Conduct screening, interviews, evaluations, and coordination
- Ensure fast and quality hiring aligned with business growth
- Manage joining formalities and onboarding process
- Create and maintain employee records and documentation
- Conduct employee induction and company orientation
- Ensure smooth onboarding into roles, systems, and company culture
