Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end recruitment for all Indonesia-based roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Partner with line managers to define role requirements, build talent pipelines, and deliver quality hires within target timelines
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, Jobstreet, referrals, and local talent networks
- Build and maintain Bluefocus's employer brand presence in the Indonesian market
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) to management and HQ
HR Business Partnering
- Serve as the trusted HR advisor to Indonesia business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and people matters
