Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR Admin Manager to execute and optimize end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, and compensation & benefits.
- Drive the localized recruitment process for factory personnel, technical staff, and administrative roles to meet project commissioning timelines.
- Assist in developing and implementing local HR policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) tailored to a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate employee relations records, manage personnel files, and facilitate seamless onboarding and off‑boarding workflows.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office and factory administrative operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well‑supplied workspace.
- Manage company assets and procurement of office and facility supplies, and supervise administrative vendors (catering, cleaning, transportation).
