Opportunity Description

Our HR Operations Shared Services team supports HR-related operational and administrative processes for NI (now part of Emerson) employees and stakeholders globally. This role is part of the team dedicated to Talent Acquisition and Talent Growth support, providing high-quality operational assistance across recruitment, learning, leadership development, and HR support activities while working closely with candidates, interviewers, facilitators, HR stakeholders, and other internal partners.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Serve as the key point of contact towards candidates, interviewers, facilitators, Talent Acquisition, Talent Growth and HR stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely written and verbal communication across all supported processes.
