HR Administration Officer
Your main responsibilities
- Request Job Offer acceptance of candidate from HR Manager to create the future employee’s folder with all necessary hiring documents.
- Registration of new hires, Weekly Schedules & Work Accidents.
- Collect signed contracts, GDPR from seasonal employees & training attendance declarations from each student and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding process.
- Manage termination/resignation paperwork and procedures (dismissal certificates, exit lists, etc.) and proceed with submissions of dismissals.
- Close cooperation with the payroll team regarding sickness leaves, annual leaves, and payroll issues.
- Organize exit procedure in terms of the unemployment benefit process and send to OAED so that every seasonal employee can receive unemployment allowance.
