Opportunity Description

N2O is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join the team on a six month fixed-term basis at our Maidenhead Head Office. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across all HR functions, be first point of contact for general advice on HR policies and procedures, ensure accurate and timely processing of HR data and smooth day-to-day operations.

This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience within a dynamic and creative agency environment, working closely with the HR Director, Senior HRBP and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Offer first line guidance on HR policies and basic employment legislation
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
  • Process life cycle events such as starters, leavers and change of circumstances
  • Manage the HR team mailbox, answering queries or escalating where needed in a prompt manner
