In the HR Operations team, you will provide professional advice, guidance and end-to-end case‑management support to managers on sickness absence and employee‑relations policy and procedure.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent proactive advisory services to customers on employment legislative practices and employee‑relations policy and procedure within a matrix management structure.
- Use data‑driven approaches and a result‑oriented ‘can do’ attitude to contribute to the continuous improvement of the HR Advice and Support service.
- Collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner network, Health Safety and Wellbeing team and Legal Services Division to ensure the progression of employee‑relations and attendance cases.
- Support internal Appeals and Employment Tribunal processes with independent case‑management where appropriate.
