Randstad have an opportunity available for an experienced HR Advisor to work alongside Belfast Metropolitan College's internal HR team on a temporary ongoing basis.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting the HR Business Partnering team in delivering an efficient and effective Partnership service. They will provide professional HR advice and support to staff, the wider HR team and managers, facilitating the achievement of College objectives whilst managing risk and ensuring statutory compliance.
