Opportunity Description
The HR Advisor/ HR Manager role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting directly to the Senior HR Business Partner. While stationed in Malaysia, the HR Advisor/ HR Manager is expected to offer regional support to leaders and staff throughout Asia.The HR Manager will assist the Senior HR Business Partner with valuable operational tasks and provide advisory support to McLarens Asia’s business units on a comprehensive range of human resources functions. This includes, but is not limited to, performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development, and other HR initiatives. The HR Advisor/ HR Manager will be instrumental in aiding the Senior HR Business Partner in managing HR operations across 12 countries in Asia.
