Responsibilities
- Deliver value-added HR services to support business growth, enhance employee engagement and organization effectiveness.
- Develop local policies ensuring alignment with standard practices and procedures.
- Execute people strategy and agenda in alignment with business growth aspirations, in collaboration with the Country HR Manager (Malaysia).
- Collaborate with cross HR functions such as regional HRBP, HR shared service centre and centre of excellence to deliver a great employee experience and support HR operation excellence initiatives.
- Manage the team and individual matters with high complexity and minimize external reputation risks.
- Manage dispute resolutions with a win‑win and balanced approach.
- Lead investigations and implement remediation actions as needed.
