Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a HR Analyst, Employee Lifecycle. The HR Analyst, Employee Lifecycle is an entry-level operational role responsible for the accurate and timely processing of day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions for APACI countries within the Kuala Lumpur HR Shared Services Centre. Working under the guidance of the regional Employee Lifecycle team, the role supports the full hire-to-retire cycle — including onboarding, job and data changes, employee movements, benefits administration and offboarding — by executing transactions in Workday and related systems with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, and adherence to defined procedures and SLAs.

This position serves as a first point of contact for routine employee and manager queries, ensuring requests are handled professionally, escalated appropriately, and resolved within agreed service levels. It is a learning-oriented ro...
