Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Associate is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions of which include recruitment and placement, employee relation, records management and administrative task
- Recruitment and placement of operations and field-based employees
- Process and monitor all recruitment requests or requirements for office based employees in an effective, efficient and timely manner
- Prepare and ensure accurate employment contracts
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment report, talent database and all related staffing communications
- Record management
- Maintain up-to-date files such as but not limited to 201 files, training manuals and modules, vehicles and insurances
- Employee relations – Engagement
- Assist on company-wide programs and activities to promote teamwork and camaraderie such as monthly town hall, team building, sports fest, year-end...
