Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide the HR and Admin team.

- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Employee Records Management (201 Files)
- Maintain and update employee 201 files.
- Ensure all employee records are complete, organized, and confidential.
- Monitor employment documents such as contracts, evaluations, and disciplinary records.
Timekeeping and Payroll Support
- Oversee daily timekeeping and attendance monitoring.
- Validate timesheets, overtime, and leave records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate salary computation.
Government Benefits Administration
- Process and monitor employee benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory
