Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR IT Manager within the IT Applications space to join our team. The HR IT Manager provides leadership and oversight for HR and workforce management technology platforms, with primary responsibility for Oracle HCM Cloud leveraging the Redwood user experience and Kronos workforce management solutions.

This role serves as a subject matter expert and business partner to HR, Operations, and IT leadership, ensuring systems effectively support organizational objectives through reliable operations, continuous improvement, and strong governance.
