Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our team. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth HR operations across the company by handling employment matters, coordinating with internal departments, and liaising with external government bodies and vendors. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, adaptable, and up to date with modern HR practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage all employment-related processes, including contracts, visas, licenses, and documentation, in coordination with the PRO. Handle internal and external HR inquiries and requests. Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital). Support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting reference checks, and preparing employment contracts.
