HR Assistant

HR Officer - Temporary - Immediate Start - Cardiff - 16.70 per hour

Yolk Recruitment is working in partnership with an independent body which has influence on health and social care in Wales to recruit an HR Officer. This is a role where your HR knowledge will be utilised and your expertise with the new Employment legislation will be of paramount importance.

What you will be doing:

• Providing advice and guidance when it comes to sickness and grievances
• Providing support in relation to the latest employment legislation
• Taking notes in meetings to reflect the outcomes and key points of the interaction

What you will bring to the role:

• Knowledge of a HR in a Unionised environment
• CIPD Level 5 qualification
• Good knowledge of the latest Employment laws
• Ideally be a Welsh speaker
• Good generalist HR background
