HR Assistant F/M - Apprenticeship

Join our team as a Human Resources Apprentice!

Reporting to the HR Department of ICAPE Group's headquarters located in Fontenay-aux-Roses (92), in the south of Paris, France, you will work in collaboration with the HR Manager in various missions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to various HR initiatives, including employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and employee well-being.


• Assist in organizing training sessions, updating employee training records, and liaising with training organizations.


• Help track key HR indicators related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement.


• Participate in updating job descriptions, maintaining HR records, and assisting in various administrative tasks.


• Post job offers, review applications, coordinate interviews, and assist in follow-ups with candidates.
