Excellent opportunity for an early career professional to move into HR. You’ve either graduated in the last 2 years, or taken an alternative route; the common trait of applicants we will speak to is you want to be excellent at something. You need to be smart, curious, and competitive to be excellent in what you do. You need to have hobbies or interests outside of work and good social skills. This role is 50% HR admin, and 50% leading on key recruitment initiatives, with career sponsorship from the Chief People Officer to become an HR Business Partner within 2 years.
